Bequest- Ensuring a Jewish Future for Solano County

How a Bequest Works

  • Designate a portion of your estate to Chabad of Solano County, either as a percentage (residuary bequest), or a specific dollar amount or asset, such as securities or real property (outright bequest).
  • A bequest does not cost you anything during your lifetime. After your passing, your designated trustee will transfer the gift to Chabad of Solano County.
  • Bequests are revocable and can be changed or modified during your lifetime.
  • Bequests can relieve the tax burden of your family.
  • Every bequest to Chabad of Solano County is a powerful expression of faith and goodwill in the future of our Jewish community.
